Our Website is not intended to be used by children, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information about children. If you are the parent or guardian of a child who has provided us with their personal information, you may contact us using the contact details set out below to request that it be deleted. As of the Effective Date of this Privacy Statement, we do not have actual knowledge that we share personal information of individuals under 16 years of age.

If you use our Website outside of Canada, you understand and consent to the transfer of your personal information to, and the collection, processing, and storage of, your personal information in Canada and elsewhere.
